Heather, Office Manager

Heather has been part of our dental office for over a decade now, and she receives an incredible amount of fulfillment every day from working with such an exceptional team. She also enjoys helping our wonderful patients feel at ease during their dental visits. Away from the dental office, Heather has a beautiful family of four that includes her husband Hector (a City of Las Cruces firefighter) and two children, Alycia and Damien, who are both amazing musicians! As a family, they enjoy swimming, hiking, watching scary movies, reading, playing games, and are big travel enthusiasts. As for personal interests, she’s a HUGE Harry Potter and Agatha Christie nerd and loves animals. One day, she hopes to have a piece of land that can be a loving home for all kinds of creatures.

Megan, Front Office Administrator

Megan loves being part of an amazing and passionate team that is just as excited to help patients achieve their best smiles as she is. She attended New Mexico State University and is certified in CPR. You’ll typically find her helping at the front desk to welcome patients and make the process as smooth as possible for them. If she isn’t at the office, Megan is spending quality time with her wonderful husband and their children. She enjoys doing things like mountain biking, traveling to new places, and watching her kids play soccer. One fun fact about her: she is an avid yogi and hopes to one day be an instructor in her free time!

Natalie, Dental Hygienist

For over five years now, Natalie has worked hard to provide our patients with high-quality care that positively influences their overall health well into the future. Her parents also work in the medical community here in Las Cruces, and she has a younger brother as well. Outside of the dental world, she is a musician who regularly plays at venues all over town. Some of her other interests include CrossFit, traveling, and experiencing new cultures/foods.

Kaitlin, Lead Dental Assistant

As our lead dental assistant, Kaitlyn loves the rewarding feeling that comes from helping a patient get out of dental pain or finally achieve the confident smile of their dreams! Seeing their faces light up at the end of treatment means the world to her. She studied at Santa Fe Community College and is always excited to learn more to expand her skills. Away from work, Kaitlyn spends plenty of quality time with her mom, two sisters, and nephew. As for hobbies, she likes to hike (especially in the Las Cruces desert or the Taos Mountains), skateboard, try new foods, do makeup, read, and binge-watch true crime documentaries. One interesting fact about her: she began her career in dentistry after needing orthognathic surgery!

Rebekah, Dental Assistant

A native of Las Cruces, Rebekah studied at Doña Ana Community College to earn her certification as a dental assistant. Not only does she enjoy working alongside skilled dentists, but she especially loves to help patients improve their oral health and leave our office with a more confident grin. Whenever she isn’t at the office, Rebekah spends much of her time with her family and loved ones by either watching movies or being outdoors. Her hobbies include reading, running, and hiking. She also enjoys organizing and can be found doing so at the office.

Alicia, Dental Assistant

Originating from Alamogordo, NM, Alicia has been working in the world of dentistry for close to a decade and enjoys every minute of it. She studied at New Mexico State University for her degree in Business Office Technology for Legal Concentration before attending Apollo College in Albuquerque for her license in dental assisting. She greatly appreciates the work environment and being part of a team that makes her feel like she belongs while also being able to make a difference in the lives of others. Alicia is very close with her family and loves spending time with them. On her own, she enjoys working out at the gym, watching movies, and solving puzzles.
