How often should I visit the dentist?

The American Dental Association recommends patients visit at least two times each year. During these regular visits, we are able to help patient prevent the majority of oral health concerns, and we can diagnose and treat others in their earliest stages.

What is periodontal disease?

Periodontal, gum, disease occurs when plaque or tartar buildup below the gum line irritates soft tissue causing inflammation, bleeding, and possibly even tooth loss. We offer a number of treatment options for patients suffering from periodontal disease.

If I grind my teeth, will I develop TMJ dysfunction?

Not necessarily though the two are often related. We regularly examine the TMJ of those patients who grind and clench their teeth as this can be an underlying cause of TMJ dysfunction.

What are dental implants used for?

Dental implants are small titanium posts inserted below the gum line that mimic a tooth’s root structure. They are used to support replacement teeth restoring patients’ smiles to their full form and function.

Can you help if I experience dental anxiety?

Absolutely. In addition to priding ourselves on offering patients gentle, skilled care in a comfortable environment, we also offer a variety of options to ensure patients are relaxed and pain free throughout care.

Do you take my insurance?

We are happy to process and file claims for many insurance providers, and work with patients to maximize their coverage whenever possible. We’re also happy to help patients understand their coverage and help them plan for out-of-pocket costs associated with care.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment in the form of cash and major credit cards. We are also happy to work with patients to receive low or no interest financing plans that make dental health care affordable within almost any budget.
